Xiaowen is a registered nurse with experience in the community setting and acute care in the hospital. She is interested in GP nursing, helping patients in the community with their everyday health, providing health assessments, preventing disease and exacerbations, and helping to coordinate care for chronic conditions and care planning. In her spare time, Xiaowen enjoys cooking and art projects.
